Lisa Freud-Goldman received her Bachelor of Social Work Degree at Ryerson University and her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Toronto.
A clinical Social Work therapist with over 30 years of experience working in the field of mental health, Lisa has extensive training in the treatment of anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders, relationship issues, post-traumatic stress syndrome, grief, anger management and addictions. She provides individual, couple and family counselling and also provides specialized counseling for individuals who have been in trouble with the law.
Lisa works in partnership with her clients to establish an approach that works best for them. Each treatment plan is individualized and flexible.
Lisa utilizes a variety of treatment approaches that include: Emotionally Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy for anxiety and depression, Compassionate Mind Training, Self Esteem work and Prolonged Exposure Therapy for trauma. Lisa received certification in Critical Incident Stress Management and was a Trauma instructor for first responders, hospital emergency staff and community workers.
Lisa is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers.

Stuart L. Goldman completed his undergraduate and graduate education at the University of Toronto and has over 30 years of experience working across a wide range of mental health settings. He began his career as a Clinical Social Worker working with youth and families and then in the Crisis Unit at The Clarke Institute of Psychiatry (now CAMH), where he provided support to individuals, couples, and families and received advanced training in providing therapy to individual, couples and groups. He has also worked extensively in community mental health and held senior leadership roles within hospital-based Mental Health and Addictions programs.
Stuart is a member of the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers and the Ontario Association of Social Workers. His clinical work includes the assessment and treatment of anxiety and mood disorders (including depression and bipolar disorder) grief and loss, interpersonal and relationship difficulties, men’s issues, family and marital conflict, self-esteem concerns, anger management, and career-related stress.
Clients often choose to work with Stuart for his calm, practical, and collaborative approach. He is known for creating a respectful, non-judgmental therapeutic environment while helping clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies, and work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
Stuart provides therapy to individuals, couples, and families using a client-centred, humanistic approach. He integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma-Informed Therapy, coaching, and conflict resolution strategies, tailoring treatment to each client’s goals and needs.
